Marriage certificate help!!

Of course this happened....

The guy that was doing our marriage certificate was new and I think he entered our information into the system wrong!!

He put that my husband's birthdate (the beneficiary) was the year of my birth!!

I've read that this can take 3+ months to ammend.... and of course I cant call them until tomorrow because their offices are closed now.

Should I be extremely worried? My husband's stay "expires" on the 10th of this month.

We were planning on sending the aos packet in tomorrow mid day... but now I'm not sure if I should send it with a marriage certificate that needs amending to it =[[[

Im going to call tomorrow and have them check if the guy did it wrong because we are pretty sure the paper we signed had the correct birthdate and that the new guy typed it in wrong.... ugh.... maybe they can expedite it then or something i dont know... =[

advice please!!

07/17/2013: I-485 status changed to Testing and Interview

08/12/2013: Received status update e-mail with interview date

08/14/2013: EAD Approved and went into card production (via electronic notification)

08/14/2013: AP approved (via electronic notification)

08/17/2013: Received Hard Copy of interview notice

08/20/2013: Received status update e-mail saying combo card is being mailed!

08/22/2013: Received Combo Card in the mail smile.png

09/11/2103: AOS Interview at 10:50am!

09/11/2013: APPROVED!! good.gif

Overstay is forgiven once married to a USC, so it doesn't really matter if you file now or in a month.

04/26/2013 Day 49- Status update: interview scheduled June 3 in Jacksonville!

04/29/2013 Day 52- Received Interview Hardcopy.

05/10/2013 Day 63- EAD went in production

05/18/2013 Day 71- EAD received

06/03/2013 Day 87- INTERVIEW ! APPROVED (10yr green card)dancin5hr.gif !

Id wait to get the correct marriage certificate.

Overstay is forgiven once married to a USC, so it doesn't really matter if you file now or in a month.

Im going to call tomorrow and see what the court office can do about getting my certificate fixed.

But if they cant fix it by tomorrow then I think I will just send in the one we have now, and of course apply to get the certificate fixed.

I dont know... Im not really comfortable having him overstay his visa ... especially since it could potentially take 3 months to amend the certificate
