I am aware that you can not put a child on the I129F that is unborn . I was planning on if the baby is born before the NA02 to report it to the USCIS . I am at VSC so the baby should be 6 months by then rofl.gif . If born after do we just include the baby on the embassy forms ? I want to do this correctly so to avoid any problems . I know we can just get the baby it's own US passport from the embassy . Mainly wanted to know who to inform of the birth of the child .

We planned on putting the baby down on the embassy forms . I just did not want it to be a surprise to them and cause a problem .

Is the US citizen pregnant or the foreign beneficiary? How far along in the process are you?

2013-03-29: Paid for a service through RapidVisa & began to prepare paperwork.
2013-04-11: Sent all the necessary documents to RapidVisa for review.
2013-04-12: Signed my application in red ink, so I had to overnight RapidVisa my application signed in BLUE ink.
2013-04-15: RapidVisa reviewed my application, found no fault and sent the I-129F Application to the Texas Lockbox.
2013-04-17: Electronic notification that the application was forwarded to the VT Service center.
2013-04-19: NOA-1 Received (snail mail) with the wrong country of birth for the foreign Partner. Notice date was 2013-04-15.

2013-04-19: Electronic Notification Received that an Alien Registration Number (ARN) was assigned to Foreign Partner.
2013-04-22: Called USCIS and corrected the typographical error on the NOA1.
2013-04-30: Received notification that the typographical error on the NOA1 has been corrected in the electronic system, but the error was minor and will not affect my application, as it is still valid.

Oh yes sorry foreign beneficiary is pregnant . NA01 is Feb 14th still waiting for NA02 . she is now 8 Months and expected date is June -July

You wouldn't report the baby's birth to USCIS, they have nothing to do with it. You already know about the Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) that you file at the embassy in order for the baby to obtain a US Passport.

We planned on putting the baby down on the embassy forms . I just did not want it to be a surprise to them and cause a problem .

This is not an issue.

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I could be mistaken, but providing the US Citizen is the father and on the birth certificate, you should be able to simply file for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).

CRBA can only be filed if the baby is the biological child of the US citizen parent.
