Legally changing first and middle name while in green card process. What do I do?

Hey everyone.

I want to legally change my first and middle name here in Canada, and I'm in the process of immigration. I haven't been approved a green card yet. What do I do to change the name with USCIS once I get it done here?

You'd have to file an I90 after you get the card with the wrong name. It costs $450.

It is always preferred to apply for the card in the name you want in the initial application.

To change the first and middle name you must go and apply at court.
