Hello I wanted to know when and how do you pay for the Entrance fee for your green card to be preceess. Can you pay it at the time of the interview? once you are approved and given the alien Registration number? or can it be paid before??? THanks in advance.

You can't pay it until the visa has been printed in your passport, and your passport is in your hand. Then, you can go to this link and follow the instructions.

When you receive the do not open envelope it will have the instructions outside of it on how to pay the fee. :)
