Hello Dec Filers...my fiancee (petitioner) received the mail on the transfer of our petition on Monday. We have been routed to the Texas Service Center. Lets all keep on praying and wishing for success in our journey. Our time is near and the hour has come. All my fellow Dec Filers, get prepared for joy as our NOA2s would be trooping in soon. PEACE, SHALOM!!!

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

My fiancee(petitioner) called the customer care today and was asked for our case number. According to her, she spoke to a young man who was

very friendly. This young man told her that, if anything at all, we should be expecting our NOA2 in 2-3 months time. When she asked why, the

explanation given was that though our case has been transfered to Texas Service Centre, we are still under Vermont Service Centre which still

holds jurisdiction over our case, #######!!!!!

So the question then is, if VSC still has jurisdiction over case, then whats our petition doing at TSC? Are those petitions together with others

lying there as white elephants?

AM SO SO SO MUCH PISSED OFF that this transfer happened at a time, when all DEC filers were looking up to break

that long wait. NOW, THIS IS WHERE WE ARE NOW!!!!

two to three months? They never say anything over the phone though. I work at a law firm and I have dealt with USCIS... they always just say whatever that is listed on the computer screen.. even the level 2 reps are the same. They cannot predict and go by charts that are two months older than the present month.
