I Just need to know what type of form for AOS (affidavit of Support) My employer want to help us as a joint sponsor

which of these form I-1864A or I-1864EZ

as I understand.. I the petitioner and a sponsor on this case will file I-1864 and on I-1864A will be the supporting documents to show a sufficient income that on I-1864 does not meet the 125% poverty line income.

I-864 for the employer.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

rule of thumb -

since it's a us government form, original signature is required.

anything with original signature - cannot use a photocopy and present it as 'the original', at all.

How many people are immigrating? You can have different joint sponsors for each, but not more than one for one immigrant (unless husband and wife team). If the parents make enough money, let them sponsor.

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
