Hello, my name is Randy and my lovely wife Reassa is from the Philippines.

She received her Permanent Resident card as of July 20, 2012.

Now we are ready to finalize the Naturalization process.

Please tell me, IF YOU KNOW, do we have to file an N-470 first? (Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purposes)

If we do need to file this N-470, do we have to wait on its approval before we file the N-400?

When we do file the N-400, where do we send it and how do we request that we receive the interview and oath in Guam?

AND...is anyone shocked at the lack of real guidance there is for this sort of stuff?

Very Nervous and Frustrated...

Randy

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!!!
