It's our 3rd wedding anniversary today...3rd time that we are celebrating this day apart.

It's also exactly 9 months since our NOA1. Called USCIS several times, sent e-request, asked for a senator's help but nothing happened. Hubby has a scheduled infopass today hoping to get some answers.

What else can we do? Waiting for NOA2 is so depressing.

in general the IO's at the local offices are a little more helpful

I have been in that shoe..PD was September 2011, after all the Congressional Inquiry, asked help from Senator, Infopass, Ombudsman which all were no help at all. So depressing because in every inquiry we had, they said to wait from 60 days to 6 months on our case. Just so glad to receive RFE on Feb. 14 this year and everything goes smoothly..

Hang on there, good news will come sooner..

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

Thank you everybody for all your good words. I'm just sad and I need to vent this out.

Anyway, hubby's infopass was done. He was informed that our case has been transferred from NBC to Atlanta local office (our file was originally from VSC). This is actually a new information for us since everytime he calls, they always tell my hubby that our case is still in NBC.

In the end, he was told to wait for 15 days for feedback regarding our case. :(

So, it is really possible that our case has been transferred to other local office instead of the Baltimore office where my hubby resides? What could be the reason behind this?

Join the Atlanta transferers group.. Ive heard that Atlanta is very slow in processing I130's.. Good luck
