tourist visa and i134

Hello there,

i have an interview tomorrow, for a tourist visa,

i'm visiting a friend of mine whom is paying for my travel expense and will be hosting me durring my stay within the USA

my question is

1) do i need an i134 ? should i get an i134 ?

2) if yes should it be stamped ? because i don't think i can stamp it do the lack of time

You don't generally need it, most US embassies won;t give it much weight, but it does depend on where you will interview. What matters much more is your ties to your home country/ that you have reasons to return.

I-134 is not going to help much does not matter you have it or not.

Outcome of you getting visa would not be based on your I-134.

In that case I doubt if it is relevant to the outcome.

If it is just a normal refusal then no.

You can go without proof, but if you want to be approved, I'd recommend bringing some 9of ties, not the I-134).

A straight refusal will not impact further applications, though there won;t be any point applying again unless either your ties strengthen, or significant time has passed.

Outcome of the case depends on your background, your age strong ties to your home country which would include ability to pay for the trip.

If applicant is a young with not many ties to the home country it is very difficult to get a visa to US.

Denial would not impact your future applications.
