Was your packet 3 sent from regular post office or a different company? please advise

I have been waiting for over 15 days for packet and nothing came on the mail. Your help will be greatly appreciated

Hello! I'm still waiting for my NOA2 but from what I've seen it goes with Correos. It doesn't surprise me that you've waited this long. In my opinion correos is a disaster. E-mail MAD ivmadrid@state.gov and they should answer you quickly. It shouldn't take more than 7 days after MAD receives it. Hi!

Email the embassy!! The same thing happened to me when I was waiting my packet 3. I emailed them and they told me they had sent it a week before... So I asked them to resend it and that time I got it in a few days. The first package 3 never arrived at my house! I was so upset and frustrated to waste 2-3 weeks because of correos being so useless... So just email the embassy and ask them to send it again. And same with package 4 (which is the letter with your interview date). I was very desperate to know the exact date so I emailed them and they told me my interview appointment via email (I received the letter over a week after they had sent it...)

I would be too. Don't count on Correos. They are by far the worst postal service I've ever used. Absolutely awful.

I know it's ridiculous . Since may 23th what did they do with the mail

They just wait and wait until it is convenient for them. I remember I sent two boxes with them and it took over THREE months to get to it's destination and half of my stuff was gone. They really don't care
