Hello! I'm still waiting for my NOA2 but from what I've seen it goes with Correos. It doesn't surprise me that you've waited this long. In my opinion correos is a disaster. E-mail MAD ivmadrid@state.gov and they should answer you quickly. It shouldn't take more than 7 days after MAD receives it. Here's more information with Spain if this helps http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/381579-after-noa2-whats-next-spanish-embassy/

Hi!

Email the embassy!! The same thing happened to me when I was waiting my packet 3. I emailed them and they told me they had sent it a week before... So I asked them to resend it and that time I got it in a few days. The first package 3 never arrived at my house! I was so upset and frustrated to waste 2-3 weeks because of correos being so useless... So just email the embassy and ask them to send it again. And same with package 4 (which is the letter with your interview date). I was very desperate to know the exact date so I emailed them and they told me my interview appointment via email (I received the letter over a week after they had sent it...)

good luck!!
