I have a friend on a student visa who will be filing for AOS based on marriage. I have a question I want to ask for him. There was a a recent topic regarding delay of AOS for people by NVC who filed the new I-864. Does this delay apply to people currently in US filing for AOS due to marriage too or only to CR-1 applicants?
