So in my last thread i mention that i havent recieve the biometric apoointment letter in the mail yet but had recieve NOA1s for both the AOS and employment, so today i checked my case online and it said this,

On June 3, 2013, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

What the hell is this, could this be the biometric letter , arghhhh why is it that the NOA1s was able to reach us but post office return some other notice they are sending us.. We will call them tommorow as they said they are only availble for customer service 8am thru 6pm.. What happen if we miss our apoointment date because of this??

Biometrics comes with 485. Not the employment auth. It would be something else to do with your EAD since they specifically mention it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Biometrics is for both. Most offices are flexible. Take people early or late. They can even generate an appointment if you don'tt get the letter. Do you know where your Application Support Center is? Locator here https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=ASC

This early walk-in list has a few experiences with Minnesota offices. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/367977-thinking-of-early-walk-in-for-biometrics/?p=6261630

That is double bad luck... Call USCIS.
