No, you saying that I made a statement to the effect that Martin attacked Zimmermann - I haven't made that statement - or that I argue that Zimmermann had to defend himself against Martin - again, a statement I haven't made - is different than my making the statement that Zimmermann must not be a real man if he claims that he had to use a firearm to fend off a child - that later statement being not mine but that of Zimmermann and his defenders. You're apparently not bright enough to get this simple and obvious difference. That's okay, though. I'm sure your guns compensate for some of that.

Not in this country. Children can be treated as adults in many jurisdictions in this country but they're still legally children until they reach the age of 18. Treating a child as an adult for the purposes of a trial does not make that child an adult. I tried to explain that on the very simple and known to many on this board example of how non-US residents can be treated as US residents for tax purposes without becoming US residents as a result of that. But that must be too complicated for you as well. Most children above the age of 14 would probably grasp that simple concept no problem.

I don't know that Zimmermann had to fend anyone off. He's claiming that he did. That doesn't make it so.
