You said: "It had a period after it."

What does that statement add to the discussion at hand? Right, nothing.

So did a gun kill TM or did GZ. You keep going back and forth.

Seems to me you ought to go back and read what I wrote. Not pick and choose what out of what I wrote you want to read but actually read what I wrote. You might just stand a chance to get it if you try really hard. Good Luck!

"The state is going to have a hard time refuting the claim of self defense- that's where the case can easily be won by the defense," Baez said. "The state not only has to put forward their evidence, they have to exclude every reasonable hypothesis of innocence and do so beyond a reasonable doubt - I don't think they can."

Oh Wow, The Nature Boy - that's just stupendous !! OMG - the prosecution has to be able to exclude each and every reasonably hypothesis of innocence? That's just gonna be really painful, IMO.

What's yer thoughts about this one?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Not at all. If the confessed killer fails in his affirmative defense, he gets convicted of manslaughter at the least.

Which is what I've been saying all along. I believe GZ will get convicted of manslaughter, but based on what has been made public, there simply isn't enough to convict him of murder.

Jose Baez, lead defense attorney for Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of murder, said he doesn't believe the prosecution can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman's story isn't true.

Well if anyone knows anything about guilty people walking free, it's this creep.

Agreed.

No, you don't hear me. I did not say that Geroge Zimmermann needed a gun to defend himself from a child. I said that George Zimmermann is saying that. That's not the same as me saying that. Now, I'll give you credit for trying again but you still failed. It's hopeless for you at this point. Sorry.

I agree...but I doubt he's walking.
