Hello,

I am very confused with all the immigration lingo. My case is at NVC and was completed 05/28/2013. However it's at a hault until an interview becomes available. Final destination being the Dominican Republic. My question is, How long does it take from NVC completion date until i am assigned an interview date?

So they say 2-3 months, But it's normally sooner (1month from date case complete from NVC).

Good Luck!

You welcome... Hopefully you will... Just look at the other member timeline and you will see it tipically took about 1 month from date of completion from NVC...

Timeline

are ya studying the timelines at your portal? click the flag next to yer name,

then

in the left panel of yer portal, click the visa type that matches yours,

and then

sort on interview date carat.

that'll give you some rough idea, but then you can click on each human there, study the timeline in detail.

oh - do this from a PC - handphones suck for VJ usage for timeline study.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
