Ok so I am about to send my fiancee the I-134 and supporting documents for her (not yet scheduled) interview in Moscow. I've been holding off mailing it for the last couple of days for fear that I may have overlooked something (or may be sending too much).

What I have:

I-134

List of stocks and bonds owned attachment to I-134

I-797 copy

Copies of last three paystubs

Employment and salary letter (electronically signed)

Last three bank statements

Letter from bank stating balance

Income tax returns 2010-2012

Originals of I-129F supporting documentation

Copy of I-129F packet (is this needed?)

Evidence of continuing relationship

- Chat transcripts (one per month)

- Airplane tickets to a third country where we met recently (the I-129F included evidence of meeting in Russia on three occasions previously)

- Photos of us together in the third country

- Train tickets with our names on them

- Hotel receipt with both names for half the journey

- Museum passes with both names

- Western Union receipts for English lessons money

Think I am all good to send it out?

The original intent to marry was addressed to the USCIS. Is that ok or should I address the new letter to a different agency?

Updated letters from both are required

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
