Here's my review for Dr. Seiden's office for my appointment on May 27, 2013.

I got to the office with no problem and unfortunately got there for 7:45am and there were 3 patients already ahead of me. The wait wasn't too long, about 25 min until I saw the first person, she asked for my photos, my ID, my interview letter and the $300. She had me sign a few release forms agreeing to getting the testing done.

Went back to the waiting room for the nurse for about 5 mins. She did a few measurements (height and weight), asked me to change into those paper gowns and to wait for the doctor.

He came in after 5 minutes, chatted with me, looked through my vaccinations and copied it into his copy and asked the few questions they ask everyone. Did a quick physical, had the nurse come in the for the genital exam, which really was a quick peek. Was asked to change back into my clothes and got my blood test done in another room.

From there, they gave me instructions to get my X-rays done at another lab around the corner. It was literally a minute walk from the office! Handed them my sealed envelope, confirmed my information with the front desk and was asked to change into yet another gown within 10 minutes of being there. The technician was very nice and chatty, quick X-ray and my medical was complete!

It took about 2 1/2 hours in total. Hope that helps!
