Need Help, Missed Q22 on I-130

This weekend I was going through my wifes I-130 form which i filled on April and has a priority date of April 19th.

I noticed on Q22 Where will the relative apply for a adjustemnt of status,

For USA i put N/A (because she is in India) on the right hand side i should had filled, Mumbai, India. but mistakenly left it blank.

Its a really silly mistake,

Should i send a letter explaining, what has happened and here is my answer (to NBC address) PO Box 648003, Lees Summit MO 64002

Because this info i missed is really critical to deciding my NVC number , Right??

Please let me know what i should do,

send the info or just wait???

you will get varied answers on this, personal I would send a letter ahead of time to try and eliminate a future rfe.

you will first need to call the uscis, speak with an IO and ask where your file is located since there is a chance it has been transferred with no notice to you.

then send your letter .. mark it attn: 130 unit

I spoke with customer service , and they said to wait for 60days on decision but then i asked to be transferred to tier 2, and the wait time is long and they will call me back.

Hopefully they will tell where the file is and i ll send the info there,

good deal those IO's can have different answers.. my wife's name was spelled wrong and they told me to send the correction before I got an rfe.. slow the process. .doubtfully

Perfect, the tier 2 rep said the same thing to me, (exactly the same thing)

that u have the address of spouse in first page so it should be ok
