Aaargh. Rant the second.

Was talking to my dad this morning, kind of a belated happy father's day/captain picard day (yep, I'm a nerd).

So he doesn't consider the engagement official until there's a ring on my finger. "oh so you're going to wait until October to make it official?" (um, dad, I think all the PAPERWORK and DOCUMENTS/declarations/statements kind of officialize our intent more than a shiny piece of rock and metal...Jesse wants us to go shopping together, so it's waiting until I get down there next.)

(uuuuugggghhhhhhhhhhhhh. And the sibling continues to go hog wild on wedding stuff....)

Sorry. Back to my binders of freaking doom.

Allymash, did you submit that notification form along with the other forms? so they can notify by email/text? If not, tell the texan to compulsively check the mail! ;)

Also, depending on how it was sent (priority, courier, snail mail) may take a bit longer to get there. Did you send it to the PO box or the courier address? (don't worry, both will do the job)

Otherwise, I noticed they were pretty quick on the ball so I'm sure you'll get it soon!

I sent mine last Monday too and I didn't get the text/email yet. I'm still hoping to hear today.

Mine took awhile to get my noa1, but we didn't send it priority or anything like that. You'll get it :)

Prostar that sounds annoying! Definitely the paperwork makes it pretty official haha!
