Yeah actually managed to sell it! Taking a hit but...thank goodness for rrsp's. (I think they're like 401k...retirement savings that can be used as a tax deduction)

T-minus three weeks of living out here, then I'll be moving in with a pal and her hubby in the city (and their three huskies...my goodness. It's going to be a madhouse between the three huskies and my mutt...)

Based on when my interview is, and giving me some extra time to recoup financially from losing a good chunk on the house and of course the cost itself of the Vancouver trip...yes my fiancé doesn't mind taking on what I owe but I'd rather get that down to a slightly more manageable level....anyway! Hoping to cross the border beginning of July.

My medical was a breeze, despite my heart condition and I had everything in order. Currently working on my DS-160 and making sure I have EVERYTHING for the interview. It's not booked yet but I'm also waiting for my fiance´s package to get here. i'm happy for everyone with an approval! I'm hoping I get mine in April or something so I can plan everything out and leave within three months of that.
