We got our case number yesterday! and they sent our case to MOntreal already! that was fast ! I didnt expect that to happen soon and havent started preparing my packet 3 yet LOL

Now i feel like im not prepared but I'll do my best next week :)

So guys, what are the forms we need to send back with the packet 3? DS-230 and DS-260?? all other forms just need to bring for the interview?

Got an RFE yesterday September 25th. Now I have to figure out what I need to send them. I was really hoping for an approval but at least they have touched my application. Hopefully an NOA2 will be right around the corner! The wait is driving me crazy ClockWatch2.gif

Aw.. sad.png.. My fiancé is going to call the NVC tomorrow if they receive our case already because we also got nothing from USCIS after getting NOA2 hard copy..

The CSC to NVC center is said to be anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks. However, as I told you before, I have seen that cases coming from the CSC are taking a bit longer for some. Be patient. You just got your NOA2 approval not too long ago......

Yes but I thought we will be receiving an email or something, just like others that their petition has been shipped to NVC .. Well yes we still need to wait..be patient Ron and Jen.hehehe..we're just excited hehe

Its been officially one month since we received our NOA2 and no Case number from NVC yet....

We got our Case number from NVC exactly 1month. my Fiance got the email from NVC on Sept. 16 at late night. Then morning he called DOS as less time for call waiting to confirmed and yayyyyy dancin5hr.gifyes.gif

so no worries maybe yours will be tonight or next day... :)

Ams,

Just so you know, I emailed NVC but they only responded after the Case arrived at the embassy. I called NVC later in the evening every couple of days until I got my case#. Maybe had to wait 10 minutes or so for a rep.

NOA2 September 9th. I called the NVC today. Still have not received my case from the CSC. The operator told me that it can take 6 - 8 weeks currently. When she asked what type of petition it was, I responded a K2. She said that typically these types of petitions take less time. Funny thing is, she recognized me from last weeks call. I told her that I would call every week. She said as she said last week that this was probably the best most realistic tactic. A little over 2 weeks now since NOA2. I will call again next week; week 3.
