27th Jan, 2014 - Visa Interview - Refused Visa eligible for waivers I601 and I212
23rd Sep, 2014 - Visa Received

2nd Nov, 2014 POE Newark

6th Nov, 2014 - Married

7th Nov, 2014 - AOS, EAD, AP applications mailed to Chicago

10th Nov, 2014 - Applications delivered and Receipt Date

14th Nov, 2014 - NOA1 Date

20th Nov, 2014 - Received NOA1 hard copies

29th Nov, 2014 - Letter for Biometrics Appointment. Appt date - 12/10/2014

1st Dec, 2014 - Walkin biometrics done

13th Dec, 2014 - RFE email followed by Hard Copy on 12/19/2014 for Marriage Certificate

20th Dec, 2014 - Mailed RFE response with certified Marriage License and Certificate

21st Feb, 2015 - Received notice of potential interview waiver by mail

2nd Mar, 2014 - email received for EAD approved

My 129F was accepted June 19. It's at NVC now, hopefully I hear something soon...tired of waiting :)

i havent had anything since the august 7 transfer to texas.

Same here :'( no touches since Aug 13th, meanwhile 2 & 3 numbers after ours got approval (last Jul 11th) & RFE (Sep 17th).. In our batch there are three numbers haven't been touched since they transferred last Aug.. We really don't understand how they work their system, does it mean something we missed to submit in our documents ? But we submitted everything they asked in the USCIS website, we're both singles never been married before (so no divorce decree), no children (no children names in the i-129f form), age difference is 8 years (is this too far gap ?), we both are having jobs in same multinational company in each our countries now - we know each other from work! He's the trainer, she's the trainee :)

Oh boy, really cannot understand this, frustrating! - but the good thing from this is we both will appreciate our relationship even more when we got married :) Let's all pray together to get approval SOON!

my case has not been updated since my transferred on August 9.i had been watching 14 numbers including mines.12 out of the 14 already been touch.5 been approve and 7 was issued with RFE and 2 had not been touch including mines.Is Texas slowing down?

NOA1 Notification (email & text msg) and Notice Date Fri-June 14,2013.

Awaiting NOA1 hard copy in mail.................................

Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) On Thurs-June 20, 2013

NOA1 hard copy in the mail Fri-June 21,2013

I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) transferred from VSC to TSC On Fri-August 9, 2013

I129F,Petition for FIANCE(E) transfer and now being process at TSC Thur-August 15,2013
