Well, just got a text message from USCIS. We got an RFE. I am anxious to know what it is in regards too! Hoping it will be something simple. ClockWatch2.gif

Hi, we hope something simple too for your RFE.. But it's a good sign at least they touched your petition.. Ours hasn't been touched since 8/13 :( and all in our group haven't got touched either.. So, take it positively :)

Did we have to make a call so they will touch our petition?

Just today I was saying ours hasn't been touched since 8/13 :). But it was! hopefully yours will be soon too!

I wouldn't worry if your case hasn't been touched. The last thing before we got approved was just our Alien Registration # being changed a couple days after our NOA1. Not all cases get 'touches'. :)

I wouldn't worry if your case hasn't been touched. The last thing before we got approved was just our Alien Registration # being changed a couple days after our NOA1. Not all cases get 'touches'. :)

my fiance keeps asking me to call CSC and find out when we are getting approved. She thinks that maybe if I just remind them that it will speed things up. I told her to be patient...today is week 14 since NOA1 I told her that it will be soon, but this process is not for the faint of heart. yes.gif

Got approved 9/11.NOA1 28 June , Transferred to TSC from VSC 8/9. What`s next? what docs my fiance should send?

More waiting unfortunately. USCIS will send your case to NVC, which at the moment they are telling people could take up to 8 weeks.

Crossing my fingers and toes. I hope we'll hear something by next week at least... not getting my hopes high for this week.
