Why some cases are transferred to Texas? Our case wasn't transferred , we haven't heard from uscis since they changed the alien number of our case and until they sent us a notice of RFE.. What will happen after they review our rfe response? Will they transfer our case? Is it a big deal if some cases got transferred to another office?

I can't help but cry. The one day that I decided not to check our case status, my hubby calls me up and gives me the good news. NOA2 AT LAST!!!! I'm so happy!

You are with California..so you won't be transferred. The only people who have been transferred are people who are with Vermont.

Just got an email. Was issued an rfe today. Looks like I have to wait for the letter to see what they need . Anyone know how long after they recieve what they ask for so I can hear a decision?

Sorry to hear this but no worries i am sure is not a big deal , beside after rfe in like 3 weeks you`ll get the NOA2 . also can you tell me when have you been transfered ?

today I'm feeling grumpy that we haven't received our NOA2 yet- even though it just been there for 3 months.

its kind of making me bitter about this whole process. most days I'm fine- today I'm grumpy.

I just our petition just sitting on someones desk and they are to distracted playing angry birds to review it. or, it hasn't been unpacked from the VSC transfer. just review our petitions!!

Your dates are the same as ours for NOA1 and transfer to Tx..... What's the last 5 numbers of your receipt? ...... I think we're gonna hear something within the next two weeks......at least I'm hoping. Keep ya chin up! ?
