Ok Guys, I have said this before and I will say it again. The case processing according to the record that has been made available by members is like this:

1. Approved Expedites

2. August 6th Transfers

3. August 8th Transfers

4. August 9th Transfers

Now if you want to see where you stand on your adjudication for NOA2, check your dates. You can update your transfer dates in this thread for June Filers or you can post it to your comments in timeline for everyone to follow. Don't be selfish cause this is for YOU also to check so please update. Do not change your processing center if you were transferred.

Furthermore, like I have tried to explain before, if background checks are needed by DHS from other agencies, it will be a longer wait for the adjudication. Also, agents pick up files in bulks. Some are faster than others. The faster ones work on more case load and the decisions are quicker than the slower ones and also the newer ones. So, be patient and let the adjudicators, the decision makers, do their work and keep your fingers crossed. I think the Comprehensive immigration reform is coming. The speed at which the processes are moving shows that either new people have been hired to do the work or they have been advised to move fast to hand the case and work load after the CIR passes. So, good luck to all

And, once again, be patient and update your timeline.

From VSC to TSC transferred on August 9 no news but hopeful this week is the lucky one

We filed May 28th and transferred from Vsc to Tsc a day before you so our petition sat at Vsc for over 2 months before being sent to Tsc .......... I am hoping we'll all hear something this week too .... I miss my baby so much, I could really use a hug...... ?

I feel you , i would kill for a hug from my sweetheart , i think we all would. Also it is frustrating seeing how july and some august fillers are approved already , not to be mean and nothig personally to the fillers either( congrats to them and i am really happy for them) but it gets to my brain because i really do not get their sistem . I agree, very frustrating to see people being approved before us and I'm sure there are people that filed before us that are still waiting to be approved.... It is a sorry state of affairs...... I am keeping my fingers crossed that we all get approvals very soon, I would love to spend thanks giving with my baby but it is looking less ans less likely that is going to happen.... Good luck every one.
