Well...I thought this would happen. Woke up this morning to see an email from USCIS saying we were approved. Looks like the middle name issue will need to be addressed with the NVC, or possibly at the interview.

But yay for getting approved!!!

Was your case got transferred like others? Or it wasn't touched since they changed your alien number until now that they have approved it? Our case want transferred like others and we're waiting for noa 2

06/20/2013 - NOA1

06/21/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

06/27/2013 - Received hard copy of NOA1 in the post

08/26/2013 - NOA2

09/05/2013 - NOA2 (hardcopy)

10/10/2013 - Called DOS and got NVC case number (no notifications to say it had been sent)

10/11/2013 - NVC sent case to consulate

10/17/2013 - Consulate received

10/23/2013 - Packet 3 received

10/31/2013 - DS 160 Application submitted and sent to the embassy via post11/06/2013 - Fiance has medical

12/16/2013 - Embassy Interview, Approved!

06/04/2014 - POE Seattle SEATAC airport

07/05/2014 - I-485 and EAD received

08/29/2014 - Advance Parole approved

09/05/2014 - EAD approved

07/02/2015 - I-485 denied

07/17/2015 I-290b MTR sent in

Been checking the receipt number and today I checked again the last two digits behind us and they got rfe, hope we will Not get rfe. Two more numbers and it will be our turn but no idea when they will touch it.. Hoping for the best..

Nb: don't worry that your file hasn't been touched since the alien number. Honestly, our file hadn't been touched since then, until the petition approval.

May 29, 2013 - Finally!!! I-129F and associated forms delivered!

June 3, 2013 - NOA1!

August 19, 2013 - NOA2! (email)

October 10, 2013 - NVC has our case, Vancouver number assigned

***Communications with Vancouver begging to put my case on hold a while due to house not selling!!!***

February 18, 2014 - Packet 3 Submitted

February 20, 2014 - Packet 4!!

May 5, 2014 - Medical

May 7, 2014 - Consulate Interview

May 13, 2014 - K1 visa in hand!!!

July 2, 2014 - POE (Sweetgrass)<p>

July 23, 2014 - apply for EI (mother of god that was confusing...)<p>

August 11, 2014 - finally get hitched!

September 16, 2014 - send off AOS/AP/EAD

29th Nov, 2014 - Letter for Biometrics Appointment. Appt date - 12/10/2014

1st Dec, 2014 - Walkin biometrics done

13th Dec, 2014 - RFE email followed by Hard Copy on 12/19/2014 for Marriage Certificate

20th Dec, 2014 - Mailed RFE response with certified Marriage License and Certificate

21st Feb, 2015 - Received notice of potential interview waiver by mail

2nd Mar, 2014 - email received for EAD approved

This is my guess after going through list that received NOA2 after VSC to TSC transfers. All the ones responding with "received NOA2" are 6th August transfers. Check it out in the timeline for the ones approved.

But there are still may and June filers waiting for their NOA2's how come they are processing August?

iawait means filers who got transferred on aug 6th, not aug filers.

But iawait, you're right, I saw from July Filers threats as well that many of them who transferred from VSC to TSC on aug 6th got approval.

Btw, is there anyone here know if the beneficiary moving address (moving country) after NOA2, they need to process it from the beginning ?
