belmar, I was Vermont transferred toTexas on August 8th. Still waiting. Got NOA 1 June 10th. My # is: EAC******2793

Im sure by the end of this month or early sept we ll hear something lets stay positive!, my noa1 is june 4th transferred on the 7th

Also, another bit of information that I have observed for anyone who may be checking their case number multiple times a day smile.png

The approval notices are sent out at the end of the business day in Pacific Time (or somewhere around there). So best to check at the end of the day for updates, or I guess the morning if you haven't checked the night before. For me it's always morning since I am on GMT.

This is true! I had checked my status in the day time on August 20th and it was in initial review, and just for kicks checked it before I went to bed that night, and it was approved!

11/09/2016 - i-751 sent

11/14/2016 - NOA1

12/08/2016 - Biometrics

06/04/2018 - i-751 approved

does anyone here having to submit a decree absolute/divorce decree?was it just a scanned printed copy?just worried i might get an RFE!

Since you're new here try this: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php

Select your center (Vermont) and make sure it's set to I-129F and all that, so you can see how many from your center are getting their NOA2.

It's not 100% accurate, as some people forget to update their timelines, but it's something.

I agree, there have been 5 June filers approved and 2 July..... One July was 20 days ?

I just don't get the system. ?

It make absolutely no sense at all, they make it so hard. There's people that kind of depend on the process to get the I-129f petition approved within 3-5 months, and then they get approved faster than expected...then there's people that prefer to have it approved sooner and they end up having to wait 5+ months. I could understand if they were towards the end of the June filers, but if you look on Igor's list they are not even halfway through June filers.

I know moaning about it on here does nothing, but it helps to vent :)

If they can process some in 20 days why can't they all be done within a month or 2? Surely they do the same checks on everyone, I too am beginning to turn into a green eyed monster! ? ( didn't have green sorry) ...lol

I found the below on the USCIS website (which is obviously not true). I def think there needs to be some accountability on the USCIS' side. If they are claiming the below to be how they process application, then that's a blatant lie. To be honest I think the process ones early (like the July filers for example) to keep their average processing times down.

Processing Times: Applications are processed by visa preference category in the order they are received. Average processing times for all applications are posted on our website. Processing times are an estimate of how long it will take to process your case from start to finish. Each case is different; so some cases may take longer than others to process. If you use your receipt number to check your case status and track the processing of your case, please remember that we will only research your case if it is beyond our current processing times. Processing times are updated monthly, and you can check processing times by visiting www.uscis.gov.

I also read this, I know that some applications take longer to process than others but it still doesn't make any sense... I think you are correct about keeping their average processing times down!
