February 18, 2014 - Packet 3 Submitted

February 20, 2014 - Packet 4!!

May 5, 2014 - Medical

May 7, 2014 - Consulate Interview

May 13, 2014 - K1 visa in hand!!!

July 2, 2014 - POE (Sweetgrass)<p>

July 23, 2014 - apply for EI (mother of god that was confusing...)<p>

August 11, 2014 - finally get hitched!

September 16, 2014 - send off AOS/AP/EAD

Though the US doesn't technically recognize 'dual citizens' you can still keep your Canadian citizenship. They don't force you to renounce it. But basically if you become an American citizen they want that to come first (from what I understand). I have no plans at the moment to go for citizenship whenever that time may come, the only way I would consider it is if I knew we were staying there permanently and had no plans to come back to Canada to live. That is far off in the future though!

NOA1 Notification (email & text msg) and Notice Date Fri-June 14,2013.

Awaiting NOA1 hard copy in mail.................................

Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) On Thurs-June 20, 2013

NOA1 hard copy in the mail Fri-June 21,2013

I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) transferred from VSC to TSC On Fri-August 9, 2013

I129F,Petition for FIANCE(E) transfer and now being process at TSC Thur-August 15,2013

Receive Notice of Action Transfer (NOA-T) on Mon-August 19,2013

NOA2 Notification (Email) Wed-September 18,2013

NOA2 hard copy in the mail Tues-September 24,2013

I129F is shipped from USCIS to NVC Thurs-September 26,2013

NVC received approved I129F and assign case number Fri-October 4,2013

10/10/2013 - Called DOS and got NVC case number (no notifications to say it had been sent)

10/11/2013 - NVC sent case to consulate

10/17/2013 - Consulate received

10/31/2013 - DS 160 Application submitted and sent to the embassy via post11/06/2013 - Fiance has medical

12/16/2013 - Embassy Interview, Approved!

our noa1 is june18, no news since they changed the alien number on june 20...still under initial review , WACxxxxx8254.. sad.png no news sad.png NOA2 please come soon..

Looks like I have been tracking yours as well :)

My last four are 9949 so I am a small bit behind you ("small" considering there are tons of different types of petitions in between).

I saw one that was after me, last four 9952, that was approved August 8th!
