all honesty, my timeline guesstimation said end of September/early October.

So, not always right. It'll happen!

Same here, mine said early October. Not even close!

Anyway, since some of you are ladies and got their NOA2 already: are you planning to change or keep your last name?

I know it's random but meh, just being curious...

I have not receive my NOA2,but for me personally i plan to take and use my husband last name,and drop mines.

I'll drop my last name, but...one thing I don't think I'll drop: canadian citizenship.

(though yes, I know it's a long journey if I decide I did want citizenship anyway...but...I see no reason to renounce my Canadian-ness. Though Canadian is one of the countries you can do dual citizenship with...)

well, all honesty, our countries are, and have been allies for the past 200 years (okay, yes, even when we were a british colony...well, after that 1812 shenanaginnery was done with)....so really, why not?

besides, gives us options in case we have to flee back...YAY HEALTHCARE!

Unfortunately I don't think you're allowed to keep dual citizenship once you choose to go for naturalization -not an option for the USA, as far as I read, although I may be wrong. I do think it'd be easier to go back to your home country and get your old citizenship back, considering you were born there.

Ah, so torn for the citizenship thing too. Guess I didn't think too much about that considering it's so far away. :/ Must make a list of pros and cons.
