I have a list of about 60 June filers at WAC and only two of them have been approved so far. Also there are still a bit of May filers to go!

K-1 Journey

06/13/2013 - I-129f sent

06/17/2013 - I-129f received

06/20/2013 - NOA1

06/21/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

06/27/2013 - Received hard copy of NOA1 in the post

08/26/2013 - NOA2

09/05/2013 - NOA2 (hardcopy)

10/10/2013 - Called DOS and got NVC case number (no notifications to say it had been sent)

10/11/2013 - NVC sent case to consulate

10/17/2013 - Consulate received

10/23/2013 - Packet 3 received

10/31/2013 - DS 160 Application submitted and sent to the embassy via post11/06/2013 - Fiance has medical

12/16/2013 - Embassy Interview, Approved!

06/04/2014 - POE Seattle SEATAC airport

07/05/2014 - I-485 and EAD received

08/29/2014 - Advance Parole approved

09/05/2014 - EAD approved

Phew. I mean, is it bad that I'm wanting mine to take a bit longer? Yeah I want to be with my fiancé but dang the logistics of trying to sell the house and pay off some debts...

Yeah I know what you mean. We have a timeline in our heads that we have been planning to, so not sure what would happen if we got approved today.

I do know that once you get your NOA2 you have like 4 months to do the whole interview thing etc. and then from the K1 approval you have 6 months to enter the US.

My VJ estimated petition approval is mid October at the moment, so essentially (using myself as an example) it could be pushed out almost a year from now.

wow, you were approved quite quickly! Did you expedite or anything like that? Also what were the last 4 digits of your WAC number, if you don't mind me asking? I have been tracking numbers close to mine as well as some June filers I have found just by changing random numbers in my own WAC number.

Hi, the last 4 of my WAC is 2380. I didn't do anything to expedite, other than submit a really clean packet that was carefully documented and proof read for errors.

Maybe the extra answer that Jesse did for the fiancee's address (we added a seperate sheet for that since...well, I'm a PO box place, so my physical address is one thing, my mailing address is Box ***, Village, AB.) confused em ;)

Perhaps your file got put in the speedy worker's file...and mine just needs a bit more coffee ;)

Got our hard copy of the transfer to Texas in the mail today

am a June filer as well,when did you receive the electronic notification?am transfer august 9 (stated on uscis website) my fiance didn't receive a text,email nor a hard copy of the transfer.just wondering if we should be worried.

It would be interesting to know the process of how petitions are approved. Just looking there now at the group of numbers (yours and lanikai’s) it seems a few have been approved, some quite close to your number in fact. The approvals I have found so far are:

Got my third notice today after transfer saying that it has been received and is being processed. I have done a lot of researching though and it looks like the big majority of cases that are transferred, most of them are either approved or get RFE within a month or less. dancin5hr.gif
