Hi All,

While waiting our approval, I have a question that maybe you guys would know about it. If you check on the USCIS website : http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=22&charttype=2 , it shows that other offices than Vermont, California & Texas are also processing i-129f. How does this mean ? I thought i-129f petitions are only proceed/directed to two offices with additional Texas office recently ?

Hey guys. Good luck in your wait.. All this waiting just makes it all the more sweet when you are finally re-united. I made this thread about ideas on how to pass the time if you need some ideas. If I were you guys I would assume 1 year until you're cleared to leave (That way if it's sooner, which it will likely be, it will seem to go quicker.)

I-129f's are only processed at Vermont & California (other than the transfer to Texas).

We just got transferred today as well. Does not say to where, but I am assuming Texas. Not sure if this is good news or bad news!!

Just got another notification saying "On August 8, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

The first notification this morning did not say "local" where as the second one does. Does this mean anything? Good news possibly?
