i am actually from ukraine and just arrived to canada a year ago . So we finally sent our docs and received noa1 june, 18 and now i cant wait to leave canada and move to usa hah

Anyway, good luck to everyone. Even if we have to wait its worth that and finally we will be reunited with our loved one for the rest of our lives!!!!

Well at least for the medical when that time comes there's a couple docs for you to choose from. And Toronto to Montreal is easy enough to get to for the consulate interview

Hi and welcome to July. Some of us are now in the one month range, some of us are in the few days range from getting our noa1. Time keeps moving on, we may not be seeing progress but we are still moving forward! Yay!

That's my 4:30am inspirational post since I was rudely awakened by random machinery and subsequent yelling by someone at least the next block over (how rude) so if it makes less sense blame sleep madness.

Can anyone say if Texas is processing for vermont only or themselves as well: Are they only there to help will backlog as of present?

What date do we think vermont is really on?

Hard to say. I think, based on what I've seen up here, that they're just taking from Vermont to help with the backlog. It seems to be around January-February, but someone can check the lists of approvals (sorry on the mobile device) may give a better idea.

Texas is only processing petitions that Vermont is sending them from the backlog. Hopefully Vermont will send more thier way soon so more petitions get approved faster! I think Vermont is processing anywhere from Dec 2012-march 2013
