We originally sent the I-129F on May 20th and got all our documents sent back to us on the 30th with a rejection letter saying there was a mistake with our address. The letter said to correct and resubmit. I am filing from abroad as I have been living with my fiance here for the last three years, so there was in fact a small error on the address part. We just got our NOA1 on the 20th!

10/10/2013 - Called DOS and got NVC case number (no notifications to say it had been sent)

10/11/2013 - NVC sent case to consulate

10/17/2013 - Consulate received

10/23/2013 - Packet 3 received

10/31/2013 - DS 160 Application submitted and sent to the embassy via post11/06/2013 - Fiance has medical

12/16/2013 - Embassy Interview, Approved!

06/04/2014 - POE Seattle SEATAC airport

07/05/2014 - I-485 and EAD received

08/29/2014 - Advance Parole approved

09/05/2014 - EAD approved

07/02/2015 - I-485 denied

07/17/2015 I-290b MTR sent in

has anyone here received an email regarding alien registration number changed, since receiving your noa1??

hi there, i got the same info when i checked online. but my fiance in the US haven't received NOA1 hard copy yet! what's happening? LOL! waiting waiting. it's been 6days now i guess since he received a text with receipt number and said they have mailed a notice something, but nothing comes in to his house yet. some got NOA1 hard copy in just few days after receiving text. LOL

Again. Sometimes postal service can be slow. 6 days, depending on where he lives...sometimes USPS can be rather...ahem...special shall we say?

You're in for a bunch of waiting my friend. Bring a good book and some nice tasty tea (or wine)...it sucks but it is what it is.
