Just hang in there. Eventually you will get it. Some waited like 1 and a half month to get their case number. So be patient and keep praying as well!! :) :)

09/10/2010 ----- Filing date of I-129 F

09/22/2010 ----- NOA 1

02/22/2011 ----- Case being adjudicated

02/28/2011 ----- RFE, Waiver to file 2nd K-1 petition

03/04/2011 ----- RFE reply sent

03/08/2011 ----- RFE received and being reviewed at USCIS

03/17/2011 ----- NOA2 (I-129F approved)

03/23/2011 ----- NOA2 hard copy received

03/29/2011 ----- NVC received our Case

04/04/2011 ----- NVC letter received and case forwarded to US embassy Manila

04/08/2011 ----- US Embassy Manila received our case (Consulate)

04/15/2011 ----- Paid VISA at BPI

04/16/2011 ----- Received Eligibility Letter from US Embassy Manila dated April 8, 2011

04/25/2011 ----- 1st day of Medical

04/26/2011 ----- 2nd day of Medical (I PASSED!! Thank you Lord!!)

05/13/2011 ----- Interview (221g - Case under Administrative Processing "AP")

08/12/2011 ----- Received an email from the embassy "Case is pending review by a consular officer"

me and my fiance are not expecting to get the case number today. but, we actually expected to hear an update from NVC today or tomorrow and we got the update regarding our case today. so it's good. so maybe in few days we will receive the case number and our case may be forwarded to the embassy too in a few days or next week.. who knows.. but we're glad that our case is now at NVC. so thank God at least it wasn't lost. and hopefully those who got approved already will hear from NVC too regarding their case so we can all move forward and do the next steps. :) good luck to everyone! :)

you guys that the case in nvc already are lucky. congratulations :) we got approved may 9th and NVC doesnt have it still sad.pngcry.gifcry.gif this is so frustrating we dont know what to do. is there anybody here can help us??? pls let me know what we can do, so worried already i dont think it should be taking this long :(

u guys are lucky, congratulation :) we got pproved on may 9th and nvc doesnt have it stillcry.gif so depressing and frustrating we dont know what to do my fiance called everyday. is anybody here can help us??? i dont think it should be taking this long. so worried that lost or something oh god pls.

@ kc and ricky: I hope you guys will hear from NVC too. soon! this is what I was saying that there is not too early nor too late to worry about our case... I know we all worry about where our cases go after USCIS (even though we knew it should go to NVC but some are misrouted or lost). I don't know what to advice you with regards to that since your fiance is also calling the NVC everyday just like my fiance. but i wish you guys will receive an update from NVC too.. maybe someone who is more expert into that matter will chime in. :)

OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYY GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WE GOT OUR MANILA CASE NUMBER TODAY!!!!!!!! 7:28am EST!!!!!! And they are sending our case to manila embassy today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me and my fiance are on skype while he was calling them.. put on hold for like 7 minutes... OH my geeeeeeeeeeeee 18mins of call and ta da!!!!!!

we are exactly right that we will get an update yesterday and today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OHHHHH MYYYYYY GEEEEEEEEEEEEE my fiance kept on calling everyday and waaaaaaaaaaaa

again our intuition regarding the approval of our i-129F and getting the case number is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so happy!!!!!! good luck everyone.

LOL i need to correct myself here..

fiance called NVC at 7:11AM EST (his routine "calling time" is usually at 7AM est for NVC since our 4th business days. so he used to wake up at like 4am in AZ if im not mistaken)

he was put on hold until 7:22AM

finally the rep is on the line. our info were verified

my fiance provided my email add

got our MNL case number at 7:24AM

and that's it.. 7:28 I posted here because of this excitement!

My fiance and I were talking on Skype (videocall) so I was there while he was on hold and was given the case number.

The lady was very nice.. she verified our info, asked for my email (beneficiary's email) coz she said that they will send a letter through our emails too...

then informed my fiance that they will also be sending our case to the MNL embassy "today" :)

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm approved on may 16 and got my case number just June 4th, call them everyday. Best of luck.

I know ! I used to tell folk - call every day. Then it was - call every 2 days..

But I gave it up for Lent last year - was too many fingertaps on the keyboard.

Well i think it won't be too much to call everyday esp if it won't really cost.

it's not yet time to celebrate.. there's still medical exam, CFO and interview.

I just paid for the appointment 4 hours ago.. still waiting to be able to book for an appointment.. lol

after all of these then we can celebrate. :D
