In Part 6 Question 5 it's asking what my current income is. I work at a hotel in their entertainment/recreation department. I have an employment letter from the hotel, but my status is a seasonal worker (even though I work there all year round) so it only gives me an estimated income. I also have another seasonal job at Disney and I've made about $1,100 there thus far this year. So should I combine my income with Disney and my other job to come to the amount of income I should have this year? Or should I just put the income from my job at the hotel? It's really hard for me to know what my current income for the year is/will be since I am seasonal. I could make more or less than what my employer(s) estimate. I've also considered using what I made last year as my current income, however, I am anticipating making more money than last year since I'm not a student anymore. Either way, I need and have a joint sponsor.

Anyone have advice on this? No matter what I fill in, I have bank statements, pay stubs, ect to back up what I fill in.

Supply any and all copies of all w-2 or 1099 income and you should be fine Use the current amount from your current check stub and you will be fine as long as you meet the income guidelines. Also BE SURE TO READ THE I864 and Understand you are signing a adhesion contract with the USA, also understand you can be sued in federal court by your immigrant spouse should things go south, get a prenup if you can, otherwise remember you can be sued and might have to support her her/him for the rest of your life. JUST BE AWARE

Your hourly pay rate multiplied by number of hours worked per week, then multiplied by 52 weeks will get your current annual income. If you have more than one job then add the current annual income from all jobs and list that as your total current annual income. Provide most recent pay stubs from all jobs as proof of the income you have listed.
