Can anybody help me with i-130.

I have sent the documents and forms. recieved reply from USCIS that they have rcvd the documents.

I had applied for my spouse and put child as dependent. In the letter i just saw my spouse name not the child.

Why they did not mentioned child name?

What should be my next step?

Its ok. You will not really see your child's name in NOA1 and NOA2. Your child is considered as dependent, already included in the petition. Once you are processed at NVC, you will then see your child's name.

I had the same situation to you before. I was worried. Then i called USCIS, they told me its ok. My daughter is included in the petition as dependent.

But if you are planning to get naturalized soon, that's the time you will be needing to file a separate petition for your child.

N-400 Timeline:

Receipt notice - 07/24/19

Biometrics notice online - 07/26/19

Biometrics - 08/12/19

Interview notice - 11/22/19

If you are not to naturalized for the next 2.5yrs, then all you have to do is WAIT. The USCIS will notify you if your case has been approved or needs further evidence (RFE). The approval (NOA2) as this moment, takes time. You can make an account at USCIS website to monitor your case.

so I don't have to file adjustment of status for spouse.

As I got receipt from USCIS, doesn't it mean that they have approved the case and is in process.

the letter says they have received the amount and documents and its in process...
