Error on fiance name and year of birth

Anybody wth the same problem? we noticed it as soon as we got the NOA1 in january 2013 and called and email but how can i know they changed it. Will it creates delay? Anybody in the same position? thank you

Hi! I have the same problem.. I just received the hardcopy of my NOA1 yesterday (Saturday) and noticed that my name (petitioner) is wrong.. instead of MARIA, they put MANA.. LoL.. I checked back on my I-129F copy and I didn't make a mistake there, so I guess it's them.. so I don't know what to do too.. Might call them in the morning to have it corrected.. anyway, why don't u call them again and see if they have corrected it already..

05/23/2013: I-129F packet mailed 05/29/2013: NOA1 (E-mail) 06/01/2013: NOA1 (Hardcopy) - - w/ typo error, my name's wrong 06/06/2013: Alien Registration Number Changed

When I received my NOA1, I noticed they DIDN'T add my fiance's country of birth.

So I called the National Customer Service Center (number that was listed in the NOA1) and spoke to someone.

They opened a service request to have it corrected & told me I'd be receiving a CORRECTED NOA1 by mail.

I also received an email stating the same: that within 30 days I'd receive an "amended receipt".

I suggest calling and letting them know.

Call and make sure they have changed it in their system, else, set up a Infopass and get it done. Do not wait until the process is further down the road to ensure the correction has been effected.
