Hi themerlins, is your transferred date is the receipt date or notice date on NOA2, or the date you received the text that said your transfer HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND AT THE LOCAL OFFICE?

H and M...the date is the NOA2 date, which is the same date as the text I received. The actual letter read, "The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

Not sure if that makes a difference for what you're asking, but I thought I'd share. ;)

You guys looks like were transferred to CSC but got Approval letter from Local Office! Which office address was in the NOA2 sent out after the transfer. Thanks for your response.

Our approval letter has the local office address (Tradeport Drive in Orlando) on the bottom, but the post code it was mailed from is 05479...St. Albans, Vermont. It definitely wasn't mailed from Orlando. :)

Yeah, my case is complicated because the date I received NOA2 is Sep 5, which is the same date I got the email and text "we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed."

However, on sep 17, i got "The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office"

So I don't know which one is my transferred date. anyway, thanks for your reply smile.png

Okay, cestlaviecherie...I hope you get good news today! Our approval letter FINALLY came (mailed from St. Albans, VT...go figure!). Approval date is 10/4, posted 10/7. Interestingly enough, there's a sticky thing covering the name of the director and the letter is signed by an "Acting Director." I wonder if this has anything to do with the delay?

At any rate...updating the list for myself. Hopefully more will come by the end of the day! *fingers crossed!*

we got both ours from Vermont. first saying our application had been received and then again when it said it was transferred to CSC.

How does one track the card delivery through USPS? The link in the notification email doesn't seem to be valid:

The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on October 14, 2013. The USPS tracking number assigned is #DCN. You can use this number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?origTrackNum=#DCN to view updates to the delivery status of your mail. You should receive your new card within 7 days.

Should I be replacing #DCN with something else?

Filing based on 3yrs/USC Spouse. 3 year residency anniversary is in August 2014. Filed immediately after the 90-day early filing mark (May 2014)

Never mind...I logged on to the USCIS website and got the actual tracking number, the email link must be messed up. Should have card in hand before the end of the week! blush.png

2 ways to do it:

- Either login to your USCIS account to check the tracking number

- Or just go to the USCIS site and check status for your receipt number.

I just received an email and text (literally 2 minutes ago) update from USCIS and did the same to get the tracking number (which in my case, is a 22 digit number). Also, while you're at the USPS website, you can sign up for email alerts to know when they deliver your card.
