It's not too bad - she'll submit basically the same information that I did for the I-130 and I'll submit proof of support plus get fleeced again.

November 27, 2012 - Married
February 01, 2013 - Mailed I-130 for wife and step kids
February 04, 2013 - Delivered to Phoenix Lock Box
February 08, 2013 - NOA1

May 28, 2013 - InfoPass at Dallas Field Office - Case assigned to an officer and now on her desk to be worked

June 01, 2013 - NOA2 for my wife but the kids had an RFE issued. (day 54 from NOA1)

June 01, 2013 - December 19, 2013 - Case "lost" at the Dallas Field Office
December 19, 2013 - mailed to NVC
January 08, 2014 - NVC received case
February 06, 2014 - NVC assigned case numbers

I don't know how accurate that schedule is. I'd count on July. If she get's it sooner, bonus.

ETA: By accurate I mean I don't know if it is set in stone, or if they add interviews as the month goes on.

Its pretty accurate from what I have seen and experienced. Its always behind as well. They only add different cases if someone wont be able to use the date they were given.

Summer time is always very busy for BKK. They only deal with I V cases two days per week because they take care of other types of visas on the other days. I have seen 200 students line up on a Tues for example.
