Where is the old i-864 and i864a?

Hey,

Since I've been reading up, everybody is saying not to use the new version the NVC put up of the i-864. However, I cannot find the old version! ..which might not even matter because my bills are not even invoiced yet dry.png so i might pass the June deadline and need to use the new version anyway..but if that is not the case, can somebody please send me a link to the older version?

Hi :) i was wondering about the same thing , and i downloaded the i 864 above but it says it expires 9/20/2012 . could it be the right one? everyone is talking about a 06/23/2013 expiration date...is there such a form? could someone post it here? thank you!

I think it is okay, because there are other forms that are available that have passed their expiration date. Ex: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-854.pdf I just picked a random form, and this says it should have expired the 31st of May, and yet, it is the latest version. And there are many other USCIS forms like this as well smile.png

However, can we use the old i-864 and the new i-864a? Unless, can somebody please provide the old i-864a version?? Thank you!!!

I think it is okay, because there are other forms that are available that have passed their expiration date. There is a reason why 3032 got accepted in 2 hours of sending.

First I sent out 3032 email and then called NVC and talked to supervisor to remove Attorney from the case and appoint myself as a choice of agent. Supervisor asked if any request email was sent, so I told her yes and she looked in to system, found my 3032 email and there you go.. she accepted over the phone and sent me an email confirming the removal of lawyer and appointed petitioner as a choice of agent.

Why don't you resend with Supervisor in the subject line.

Here is what I received from NVC
