Oh Oh Oh!!!!

Congrats :))))

Separate note... June's transfer sheet was rattled to pieces this morning. I've restored a previous version, but everyone please verify your information is correct: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Anpi244OAt_IdDBlVllzeFdwSWxqamJFLUxaNjJzUGc#gid=0

If you have a change to make, please submit it using this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1PdD-cOUFDQ4Si9cqY9vQZ5kmcgoQz7YizjqiGFWReqE/edit OR if you prefer, feel free to add your info directly to the sheet at the bottom of the list, that way no one else's information is affected. I'll move entries to make them chronological as needed. Thank you all!

Uh oh.

This is all messed up. It looks like someone sorted the columns all wrong. Like they moved one, but not the others. Our transfer date is wrong, I will fix it but if someone gets the sorting to normal later, it's gonna make it wrong for someone else. Hmm? :/

My case was transferred month of November2013 and we received an email but its for RFE. We didnt receive the hard copy ,my husband was here in the philippines so we didnt make any move until he came back in US dec 29. They told us they will send the hard copy agsin and wait for 15 days.weve waited and nothing. We called again and they told us to wait fir another 15 days again. 15 days is over again and nothing. I keep on telling to myself to be patient but its so frustrating going through this. Im a Nurse and not working now because of waiting for this visa. sad.png

Get your Congressional Person's Immigration Liason on the phone and ask for their help. Also may want to contact the Ombudsman. And ask Lucybelle what she did, because she had this same exact problem.

Yes, that's what I did.

I don't see anything incorrectly sorted at the moment, though I do see a couple more transfer dates from the beginning of December that may not be accurate. All, please let me know if anything looks off either in terms of how the sheet is actually displaying or your personal dates shown. To my recollection the counts and calculations are all accurate so hopefully the data wasn't messed about much.

Hey, Boston-Heathrow! USCIS must have heard you when you said that it was a shame that they kept sending notices for change of Alien Registration Numbers on Friday.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my email just before heading to bed to find that our I-130 has been approved!!! 214 days since submission. 31 days since being transferred at TSC. And....in time to join the January NVC list!

For all the rest of you at TSC - there is hope!
