I feel your pain and agree with you 100%!!!!

I'm a July filer and I wish things were done in order, this way we would have a clear view of what the hell USCIS is doing! but NOOOOOOO, USCIS has a mind of their own!!!

Yes, its depressing for all of us, learning patience is so depressing;(

But i see 46,9% of June filed I-130 are now in NSC and 46,9% of July are in CSC, so i think CSC is currently working July and NSC is working June(and late May), so im not suprised. We know CSC working fast now and NSC is not.

Yes I dont, (we are 'last days of July' so i consider our petition mostly "August") so we will see, but I have worries because CSC is accepting now some other petitions from Vermont and i expect that they wont be so fast next weeks .

I've been wondering if this would have a tangible effect on I-130 processing too, but it seems so far they've still been adjudicating the majority of their petitions within two weeks of receipt. A huge number of July cases have gone to California this month and they're absolutely charging through their approvals. It's pretty staggering. The performance of TSC and NSC by comparison is disgusting.

My case got transferred again late yesterday. I'm not sure where until I get the paper copy, but I'd guess it's to Texas, since we live in Dallas and that's one of the places they do the I-130 interviews. It's more evidence that something is happening, so I'm happy :) I have no idea how to note this on the spreadsheet though...

9/2010 Met mi amor
3/2013 Mi amor was picked up by ICE
5/26/2013 Married
6/12/2013 NOA1
8/20/2013 Master Calendar Hearing postponed
10/1/2013 MCH postponed again due to shutdown! More time for USCIS to process I-130 before mi amor has to take VD.
12/24/2013 Case transferred to CSC (60 days is 2/22/14)
1/23/2014 USCIS transfer notice 2 back to NBC (Lee's Summit)
1/27-28 USCIS transfer notice 3, 4 & 5 - eventually lands in TSC
2/19/2014 New MCH hearing. Voluntary departure by June 19, 2014.
6/6/2014 Finally have the I-130 interview. Approved on the spot! NOA2
6/17/2014 Mi amor left to comply with voluntary departure order...

I noticed something weird though. I put around 40 receipt numbers ahead of me and around 30 of them were approved either 21st or 22nd jan except me and 2 more ahead of me. It made me so upset that why was I left without any approval but hopeful at the same time.

I'm sorry it's another transfer instead of a decision! Keep us posted on where you head to next. We'll use the notes column on the spreadsheet to indicate you were at CSC and have special circumstances. Good luck!
