I m a June filer who got transferred to CSC on Christmas and I am still in Initial Review. Nothing has happened yet - it`s not just Nebraska... But I am seriously the only one who didn`t get an RFE or NOA 2 :( It`s awkward. Even those who got transferred after me to CSC did get a response by now.

Bella8 - I'm the other person at CSC from the same date with no movement, but I already know that my case is a little weird (see my sig). We're pretty much 100% likely to have an I-130 interview. Not to be nosy, but maybe your file also has some possible flags for further review?

9/2010 Met mi amor
3/2013 Mi amor was picked up by ICE
5/26/2013 Married
6/12/2013 NOA1
8/20/2013 Master Calendar Hearing postponed
10/1/2013 MCH postponed again due to shutdown! More time for USCIS to process I-130 before mi amor has to take VD.
12/24/2013 Case transferred to CSC (60 days is 2/22/14)
1/23/2014 USCIS transfer notice 2 back to NBC (Lee's Summit)
1/27-28 USCIS transfer notice 3, 4 & 5 - eventually lands in TSC
2/19/2014 New MCH hearing. Voluntary departure by June 19, 2014.
6/6/2014 Finally have the I-130 interview. Approved on the spot! NOA2
6/17/2014 Mi amor left to comply with voluntary departure order...

NO - I go from USCIS to NVC and then interview in Germany. I think if there would be red flags they would mention this to me at the interview and not at the USCIS stage. Someone correct me if I am wrong. But your case is difficult so it makes sense that you are still not approved :(

It is currently 60 days today since the transfer and no change of status so far. Get ready uscis for a flood of calls tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day and on and on and on because I WILL NOT STOP! UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY CASE!

No I'm just going to put a service request in and ask for a tier 2. Already tried the congressman's office on it and they ate no help either. I'll just keep on calling and calling and calling until they do something sooner or later they'll get tired of it.

Besides that the letter of transfer states 60 days not 90 and furthermore uscis had only moved "ONE DAY" from February 12, 2013 to February 13, 2013 the whole month of December and this month. So I don't think another 30 days is going to make much difference. It's time for them to WAKE UP and smell the coffee!

I just received a request for evidence via the uscis website. Well at LEAST they ate handling our case!! Bout time!

I guess it's not time for congratulations quite yet, but I'm glad they've finally looked at your case! It really is about time! Hoping your RFE is quick and easy so you can hurry onward to NVC.

Curious as to how long after uscis gets what they need in that RFE to approve it?
