June 2013 I-130 Filers (merged)

Are there any filers from June that have been waiting longer than 60 days POST-TRANSFER and still haven't received an approval ?

None yet. The earliest June transfers were in mid-late November and were mostly special cases (e.g., Philippines beneficiaries) who have already received NOA2. Transfers for regular June filers started up in med-December, and very few have received approval. Our spreadsheet should be up to date.

I hesitated to make this post, I wish it could be more useful and less stressful to my fellow filers suffering through the process, but maybe it'll spread some hope anyway. Received my approval notice late last night and it was a very much needed bit of good news. USCIS didn't email me until almost 12 hours after my status updated, so I recommend you guys follow your status online and don't rely on their alerts.

NOA1: June 12

Transfer to CSC: Dec 23

NOA2: January 7

So this is after CSC approved a June 12 and a June 14 filer last Friday -- they're really running through their cases. I have no idea what will happen at Texas or Nebraska but I'm definitely sticking around to see (and to help). My fingers are crossed for all of you. Keep sharing updates here and I'll make sure everything makes it into our spreadsheet!

Thanks all. I hope there's lots more good news coming very soon in this thread. I've been following I-130 topics on VJ for over a year now, I figure at this point, I'm going down with the ship ;)

Maybe there should be some more good old fashioned rabble rousing, this time directed at TSC and NSC. If CSC can be this efficient, why not them? What are they doing wrong? We've got months of user data to work with now, and there's a clear pattern of California working at twice the pace as the other centers. That's really not ok. If USCIS is serious about clearing the backlog, all three should be working at that high capacity.
