Hi.

Just wanted to add our info to the June filers forum: Our PD is June 28, 2013, NOA1 indicated our IR-1 was sent to NBC. NOA2 date 12/30/2013 sent to Texas Service Center.

Initially I moved to the UK on a spouse visa back in 2010, we waited approx two months for that visa to get approved by the British Government. I returned back to the States this year and filed the I-130 (in US), we've been fortunate in that my spouse was recently able to be spend 90 days in the US on the visa waiver program; so our holidays were spent together. Its soon time for him to return to the UK where we'll have to play the waiting game again. Until then...

Good luck to everyone.

We are early June filers (PD 03.06), got transferred on 27th of Dec. Case changed status to post decision activity 3 days later (post decision review status which doesn't make sense), almost certainly by mistake. Tier 2 told us its in Nebraska, so we are patiently waiting...

there is nothing more disheartening then knowing nearly 7 months into this, there hasn't been a single update on our case :'(

Z&A, I am so sorry for this. I'm sorry that spouses from certain countries are, unfortunately, scrutinized more than others.

Best of luck to you and yours. One day, all of this will be over for all of us.

My attorney just sent me a copy of my transfer letter (she is not in the "frackin'" category....) as she knew I was currently out of the US.

I've been transferred to Texas.
