Hello there,

Recently I came across the VisaJourney website and I am sorry, I'm not sure about filling the timelines. I think the below details might help.

Our case was filed from US through a lawyer on June 14, 2013 and on December 26, our case was transferred to California Service Center.

Today we received the below update:

Case Status: Post Decision Activity

we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

So can someone kindly update me about what's the next process?

Our case was filed from US through a lawyer on June 14, 2013 and on December 26, our case was transferred to California Service Center.

Today we received the below update:

05/07/14 - NVC shipped case files to Lima Embassy via DHL. CEAC status "In transit"

05/09/14 - DHL delivered case files to Embassy. CEAC status "Ready"

06/09/14 - Medical Exam. 4pm appointment

Hello All,

I'm a June filer. And I'm a new VJ member. I've been following this forum anonymously just to fine out where other's are who filed in the same month is my. My PD date is June 18, 2013 I believe give or take a few days. Anyways. I decided it was time to join. Like everyone here, it's been a long few months. And everyday I am away from my hubby it gets harder and harder. While I have friends and family that have been very supportive through this entire immigration process, no one can truly understand what things are like for me because they aren't going through the process. So I decided to come here for support and to lend my support :) My file just got transferred to Nebraska and me and my hubby are desperately hoping in praying that we get our NOA2 this month. Hopefully those of us who filed in June will all have good news soon. Congrats to the June filers who have already been approved. I can now see a tiny glistening light at the end of this dark tunnel.

When you get approved and begin sideloading(additional evidence) to NVC, make sure to write your case number(once received somewhere on your documents. Even on the back of your marriage license. Hopefully to prevent your info from getting misplaced. I received this tip today.
