Thanks, I have this number but I am asking for a best way to bypass those no-nothing reps onto Tier2 where I could get some helpful info

call them and ask to be transferred to a tier 2, if they ask for a reason tell them a tier 2 told to call back today if you don't get any updates on your case abd they will transfer you

I didn't see any approval or transfer notice on any forum today uptil now. I thought they would be working on full pace starting today :|

I thought that the snow storm was just effecting my area and west/north west of me? None of the service centers should have been effected by it as far as I know. But I could be wrong.

I'm a July filer (PD 17 July) and I got transferred today. Praying for all of us to get approvals soon!

I really feel bad for the applicants that filed before me and still don't see any movement on their petitions!

I Just spoke to a tier2 today my case will be assigned to an officer on January 7 and told me i will get a response on my case by january 23

I had a service request also and I am a July filer.

I had a service request on the I-129F that I filed more than 5 months now, 5 months and a week to be exact. The tier 2 I spoke with put in the service request for me for the I-129F since it was beyond the 5 months posted for processing.

I really was hoping that they will pick both applications up to respond to the service request.

I had the service request on the 27th of December and I got transferred today.
