Third notice received on 1/1/2014 - this time it says my file is "being processed" instead of "transferred". Perhaps it has finally landed on someone's desk! Interestingly enough - this notice had no date on it, but the header on the email indicates it was sent at 11:45 a.m. on 12/31/2013.

I'm sorry - I'm not currently in the US, so I don't have access to the snail mail letter to know to which center my case was transferred....

Sukie! I received my third notice yesterday and it says the exact same thing like yours: "being processed" and no date. I was thinking the exact same thing like you - maybe it`s on somebodys desk ;-). Mine got transferred to California a week ago.

Well, you're in California, so it probably *is* on someone's desk. :P

My transfer letter also said that it was being processed. Monday will be 60 days for me. I guess that it just means that those are the people who will eventually be dealing with your case.

I think the same - I hope the waiting time is shorter than at the Nebraska Service Center - but it`s all unpredictible...

My noticed says the same thing, its said it for about a week... Doubt thats what it means

Our third notice received Dec 31 says exactly the same. Still have not received the email stating to which Service Center has been transferred.

My PD is June 26th NBC, no transfer yet, should I call USCIS to find out what's going on with my file? What's the best way to reach them? Anyone?
