Ahah! A representative from my congressman's office called a bit ago and emailed me a form to sign for me to release my information to them and allow them to handle my case!!! So I went to the local library and printed it off and filled it out and then went to my local city hall and spoke directly to the mayor! He faxed it back to my congressman's office and I explained my situation and frustration to them and WOW I can't believe IT! They are going to help us with our case!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!

I bet that USCIS is going to feel the heat and pressure now on them! Its not right making people wait to be together I understand their process and things but this amount of time is ridiculous.

Got transfer notice hard copy today, my petitions both (wife and son) were transfered to California Service Center. Both notices came from Lee Summit, Missouri

PD june 12th 2013 from Overland Park, KS

Dec 23rd transfer email &text

Dec 24th transfer email &text to local uscis office

Dec 30th transfer notice hard copy to CSC

I did not get the 3rd email & text like other people have.

Interesting! We have the same timeline so far for PD and first two transfer notices, and I haven't received a third notice, either. Maybe my hard copy will be waiting when I get home tonight.

Guys i just spoke with uscis i have dem made a service request on my case on December 23 andd the lady told me that by january 23 i will get a response of an aproval or rfe on my case i just feel lucky that the tier2 made that service request on my case so hopefully next month ill get my case done with uscis

I think I got three emails now. Dec 26th, Dec 27th and... lemme check. Yup, another one on 30th. That's today. I am expecting hard copy by the end of the week (while I am still in the US with my husband!)

How did u get ahold of a tier 2? Everytime I call they never let me speak with one!

Just call and them that a tier 2 asked you to call back and then make up a reason why. you can say they told you to call back if you don't here anything by let's say end of December and they will transfer you.

I got my hard copy transfer notice tonight, we're at CSC. I also got the supplement sheet saying I can follow up if I don't have a decision in 60 days.

You are lucky that they put a service request for you even though your application is from June. So far [from VJ] I learned that they only do this if current PD has passed the PD of the applications; in all our cases the USCIS is working on Feb-13-2013, so what is the magic in your words that made then put a service request - do share .

So far [from VJ] I learned that they only do this if current PD has passed the PD of the applications; in all our cases the USCIS is working on Feb-13-2013, so what is the magic in your words that made then put a service request - do share .

I spoke to a tier 2 today and they put in a service request for my I-129F because it is past the five months processing time.

I know my I-129F is paired up with my I-130. I just hope that they pull them together when answering the service request for the I-129F.

BTW, I'm a July filer

Sometimes it only depends on who you talk to: there are nice people and there not so nice people working for the USCIS, just like everywhere else.

Naam 2013 i think i just got lucky of on the tier2 that helped me and that is right is just theres nice people and no so nice people and this one diceded to help me i will keep evribody posted.... o and wen i called today he told me that it hasn't been assigned to an officer but i shoul get an answer by the 23 of january im happy i just want to get this over with

But what is strange is that the tier2 told me that i will hear something by january 7 and the person i called today told me that it will take 30 days to respond to my service request

I got my second transfer notice today - dated December 30.

I have a theory. Every time they pick up one of our files, they have to scan the file number in, and key in SOME sort of notice to be generated. I think my first transfer notice (December 27) was when my file was picked up at Overland Park, and put into a box to be shipped somewhere.

I think my SECOND transfer notice (December 30) was when my file was unloaded at whatever service center I got transferred to. They scanned the file number in, and keyed in a notice.

For those of you who got third and fourth transfers, I'm betting that your file was picked up from one place (say, the main receiving desk) and moved to another section of the USCIS service center (which might be in a totally different building within the complex). This sending and receiving triggered notices 3 and 4.

It certainly doesn't mean they've LOOKED at the file - it's just that they have to track the files from building to building.

Sound plausible????

We got out snail mail notice today. We are in Nebraska Service Center. Good? Bad? I have no idea, we will see.
