called the uscis today and they said Nebraska are currently processing Febuary 13th 2013 cases which I called at the beginning of this month and they said to call back at the end of the month because that's when they update their process times. The first time I called they said they were currently working on Febuary 12th 2013 cases. REALLY???? In one month you mean to tell me they only moved ONE DAY? well I told the guy that that wasn't true because I mention this website and see June Filers getting approved but all they really looking at is a computer screen like me and you all are. They have no more information that that of what they see on the screen they look at. It frustrates me so I go to my local city hall and ask for the congressman's office. they give me the number. I will get something done because I AM TIRED...!!! IF I have to talk to a representative of my congressman that comes to my local city hall I WILL! IM so so tired of the Lack of Information that comes from that number given by that uscis.

Just got my transfer notice!

USCIS received my petition on June 27th, though my official PD is July 1. I was transferred on December 27th.

I will not be in the US until the end of January, so I'm not sure when I'll find out to which center my case was transferred...

180 days from receipt to transfer.

My case was transfered to my local office on Dec 27 which would be Detroit. My priority date is June 20.

They're not transferring to local offices any more. Your petition will be sent to one of the service centers. (Texas, Nebraska, or California.) You should get a transfer notice in the mail that tells you where exactly it will go. (You will probably also get 2 more emails.) If you can't wait, call them tomorrow, get a Tier 2 officer, and ask them where exactly your case is being transferred to.

Good luck.
